Users must provide accurate and truthful information when completing any form on the NCF platform — including volunteer registration, partnership inquiries, contact forms, and payment proof submissions. Submitting false information, impersonating another person, or misrepresenting your identity or organization is strictly prohibited.

You agree to use the NCF platform only for lawful purposes and in ways that do not infringe on the rights of others. Volunteer & Partnership Commitments
Submitting a volunteer registration or partnership inquiry does not constitute a binding commitment on the part of NCF until formally confirmed in writing. NCF reserves the right to accept or decline applications at its discretion, and to modify the terms of engagement with any volunteer or partner.
Donations & Payments
Contributions made through the NCF platform are used to support community programs as described. NCF does not guarantee specific outcomes from any donation. All payment proof submissions are subject to verification. NCF reserves the right to decline or return contributions that cannot be verified or that are made fraudulently.
Limitation of Liability
NCF provides this platform on an "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the platform will be error-free or uninterrupted. NCF is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
Policy Updates
NCF reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be reflected on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from use of the NCF platform shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Nigerian courts.
