We also collect your refugee identification number when you register as a community volunteer, solely to maintain accurate community registers.

Your information is used only for: communication related to your inquiry or registration, coordination of program activities and volunteer scheduling, maintenance of community records and institutional registers, and preparation of reports to partner organizations such as UNHCR. We do not use your information for marketing or commercial purposes of any kind.

Limited sharing may occur where strictly necessary for program operations — for example, coordination with UNHCR or partner NGOs directly involved in a program you're part of — or where required by applicable law. In all such cases, we share only the minimum information necessary.
